Welcome to our Main Fundraising Site

The GO21 Hamilton Walk for Down Syndrome – nicknamed THE WALK is our main Community Awareness and Fundraising event aimed to increase awareness, understanding, and acceptance for Down Syndrome within our community. We are promoting awareness at a National level by supporting the Canadian Down Syndrome Society’s “Go21” Campaign. The word “Go” is used to celebrate the advancement and strength in the Down syndrome community and the number “21” is used to represent the naturally-occurring three copies of the 21st chromosome which determines a Down syndrome diagnosis. As in the past, it promises to be a fantastic day, so please check back often for further details and don’t forget to follow us on Facebook,Twitter and Instagram for regular updates.
